Then we get to work.

Now we look forward. You'll spend 2.5 uninterrupted hours working ON your business instead of IN your business. You will envision your boldest initiatives for 2026, aligning them with your values and the realities of your life, empowering you to create a strategic 90-day roadmap to start 2026 with intention.

Guided by expert facilitators who understand that sustainable growth honors both ambition and actual capacity, you'll leave with clear priorities, focused energy, and a plan you can actually implement.

After a coffee break, you'll gather in small Illumination Rounds - intimate circles where the community will bring clarity to each other's challenges and opportunities. Share your biggest Q1 priority and receive wisdom, perspective, and support from peers who see your brilliance and want you to succeed.

We close with beauty. In our Kintsugi Workshop, you'll practice the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, creating something beautiful from what broke in 2025. A hands-on metaphor you'll take home as a reminder: the entrepreneur’s journey is not without bumps and bruises.

In our final closing circle, you'll share your one word, commitment, or big goal for 2026. You'll be seen. You'll be held. You'll know you're not alone.

And then? We celebrate. An hour of connection over wine, mocktails, and a beautiful grazing board - where you can unwind, exchange contact info, and build relationships with your fellow luminaries.
